Shipping policy

Shipping time

Please keep in mind that since we work with many international suppliers in order to get the best of our items, it may take longer for the delivery to arrive. Please give us 20-40 days after you made your purchase to deliver your order. A tracking system is available on our site 5-10 days after the order has been shipped.


Processing time 

Processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders usually take 4-6 business days to be processed. Processing includes: checking, packing, forwarding to logistics and sending to the post office.

Customs delays 

We do not have control over customs and therefore we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

Order canceling

Once an order is processed we are unable to cancel or change the shipping address.

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. 

Tracking information

We are responsible for providing you a tracking information 5-10 days after the order has been shipped. In the rare cases in which there is no tracking update for more than 30-60 days, it is our responsibility to ship out a new package.
